Acne Scar Prevention Tips

Your diet should ideally include at least 3-5 servings of fruits and veggies, 3-5 servings of protein and dairy, and 4-6 servings of whole grains. You will also want to make sure you avoid sugar and refined grains, since these can cause blood sugar levels to drop and hormones to be released which may affect the appearance of your skin.
4. Be Careful of What You Put on Your Skin: Because many products have chemicals and additives in them, they can sometimes actually make acne conditions worse! It’s important to make sure that the treatment you select to use is effective, otherwise it could mean wasted money and make problems worse. Not all products are created equal, so it’s important to do a lot of research before applying anything to your skin.
